Santa Fe Fair to Take Place in Veraguas Province

The 42nd Agricultural, Tourism, Crafts, Folklore and Cultural Fair of Santa Fe in the province of Veraguas will take place from January 29 to February 2, with a varied agenda of activities for the whole family, according to its organizers. The queen of the fair, Abigail Sachs, explained that the event will include agricultural exhibitions, cultural and folkloric presentations, craft samples, and spaces dedicated to the typical gastronomy of the region, highlighting the many tourist attractions that this thriving Veraguas district has to offer. Sachs emphasized that one of the greatest charms of Santa Fe is its 'bajareque' climate, which is fresh and pleasant, and which she said has nothing to envy other destinations in the country. Meanwhile, Luis Agrazal, president of the 42nd fair, stated that everything is ready to receive visitors from different provinces and other countries. Agrazal stressed that the recent improvement of the road to Santa Fe will facilitate access and contribute to a greater flow of tourists during the event days. The Santa Fe fair has become one of the most important events on the festive and cultural calendar of the Veraguas province, boosting the local economy and promoting the region's traditions, agricultural production, and sustainable tourism.
